Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the gallery or completing a purchase from Megan Johnson Photography LLC (the "Photographer"), the Buyer agrees to be bound by the following terms.

2. Unauthorized Use & Fines
All images in the gallery are the property of the Photographer. Downloading, screen-grabbing, printing, or sharing unpurchased or watermarked images is strictly prohibited.

Penalty for Violation: Any unauthorized use or improper download of an image will result in a $40.00 fine per image, in addition to the full purchase price of the image.

Unauthorized use includes, but is not limited to, posting watermarked screenshots to social media or using images without a completed transaction.

3. Usage Restrictions (Purchased Images)
Upon purchase, the Buyer is granted a license for Personal Use only.

- No Edits: The Buyer shall not alter, edit, crop, or apply filters to the images.
- No Promotional Use: Images may not be used for commercial, editorial, or promotional purposes (e.g., business pages, ads, or brand endorsements) without a separate Commercial License.

4. Printing & Social Media Sharing
Purchased Digitals: If a digital file is purchased, the Buyer may print the image for personal display and share the high-resolution file on personal social media profiles.

Attribution: While not required, tagging Megan Johnson Photography LLC on Facebook or @meganjohnsonphotographyllc on Instagram is greatly appreciated when sharing purchased images.

5. Final Sale & Refund Policy
Due to the digital and custom nature of photography and videography, all sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued once the order is placed or files are delivered. The Buyer is responsible for reviewing previews carefully before purchase.

6. Technical Issues
In the event of a technical defect or file corruption, the Photographer will provide a replacement of the same image file at no additional cost.
